That is the standard this series is built to. Steep 10/12 or 12/12 Appalachian pitch included in the base build. A door opening up to 6' wide included. Multiple windows included on standard sizes. ZIP System® sheathing, 3/4" AdvanTech subfloor, 10" to 12" overhang with soffit detail, and 30-year architectural shingles — all in the base price, before a single optional upgrade is selected.

30-year structural warranty on every Ridge Series build. Wood surfaces must be sealed within 30 days of completion or warranty is voided. Exterior finish coats, interior finishes, and interior caulking are not included in the base build.
